What do I need to know before I get started?
There are a few things to know before you get started with us at Crazy Axes:
-> Bookings can be done at crazy-axes.com. Just locate the “Book Now” button on your browser page, which will take you to our booking site.
-> Walk-in availability is limited based on how many bookings we have. This is especially true on Weekends when we tend to have a full house. To ensure your spot, we strongly encourage you to book online before the day you would like to throw.
-> We do require closed-toe shoes when throwing in our facility. Please wear the appropriate footwear to avoid any axe-idents.
-> We do serve food and drink in our establishment, which means we do not allow external food or beverages during your time with us.
Do I need to know how to throw an axe?
You do not! Our team members will teach you how to throw an axe, what safety rules to follow, and how to use our projectors. No prior knowledge or experience is needed!
Do you sell alcohol?
-> Yes we do! While throwing with us, we only allow guests to partake in items such as beer, wine, seltzers, and other canned beverages. No hard liquor is allowed during the throw session. Once your throw session is done, please visit Odin’s Den on the second floor to partake in any additional beverages.
-> We also have a 2-drink general guideline while throwing. This means we will serve up to 2 drinks per throw session and then will assess to determine if we believe more rounds should be given. This is for the safety of yourself, our staff, and our other guests as there are plenty of sharp objects around!
What is your refund policy?
We have a 24-hour refund policy for full refunds. Any refunds processed within the 24-hour window to your throw session will only be partially refunded.
Do I need to tip my coach?
Tips are not required but are always appreciated. If you believe our staff has done a good job, please feel free to tip them as appropriate. We would also love feedback on how we can improve the quality of your visit so please let the front desk or management know of anything we can do to make your time with us Axe-llent!
